Specializing in portraiture and floral designs, she infuses bold color, movement, and emotion into every piece, adding a touch of magic to each environment. Her artistic journey began with oil painting, where she mastered color theory, storytelling, and technique. Over time, her passion expanded from canvas to towering walls. She creates meaningful, larger-than-life murals.

Yukiko is a freelance muralist and graphic designer based in Brooklyn. Born and raised in Japan, she earned degrees in Interior Design and Living Environment Study and an M.A. in Industrial Design in Japan. Over three years, she has created 20 murals, many in Sunset Park, collaborating with community groups to beautify streets, enhance safety, and build cultural bridges through vibrant, Japanese-inspired design. Her work fosters unity, joy, and meaningful cross-cultural dialogue among neighbors through public art initiatives locally.
Joris Kuipers

Joris Kuipers creates wall sculptures, suspended art installations, and freestanding sculptures that transform spaces into vibrant, immersive experiences. Known for his distinctive style that bridges the gap between painting and sculpture, his work features hand-painted textures built up through multiple laser-cut layers. By combining techniques such as alla prima, faux peinture, and sprezzatura, he crafts rich, intricate surfaces full of depth and character. His colorful compositions bring the beauty of nature indoors, offering a sense of calm, wonder, and connection. Inspired by the Baroque, Rococo, and Arts and Crafts movements, Joris celebrates nature’s organic forms through dynamic and lively installations that energize any interior.
