How To Vote As A Juror
Review artist applications and submit your scores for a CODAworx jury round.
Before You Begin
You need a CODAworx account to participate in jury voting.
Most importantly, sign in using the same email address the commissioner used when inviting you.
If the invitation was sent to one email address but your CODAworx account uses another, you may not be able to access the round.
If you don't have an account yet, follow the invitation instructions to create one.

Open Your Voting Round
The commissioner may send you a direct voting link through:
- CODAworx email, or
- Their own email or messaging system
Open the link and sign in.
You may also see a CODAworx prompt inviting you to begin jurying.
If you select Skip for Now, you can return later and reopen the voting experience.
Review Applications
Carefully review the information provided for each applicant before submitting your score.
Depending on the call, materials may include:
- Letter of Interest
- Résumé
- Work samples
- Project details
- Responses to commissioner questions
- Other application materials
Use the commissioner's stated criteria and instructions when evaluating applicants.
Score Applicants
Your scoring system is determined by the commissioner.
You may see one of the following:
Yes / No
Choose whether the applicant should advance based on the provided criteria.
Yes / No / Maybe
Use the additional Maybe option when appropriate.
Weighted Criteria
Score applicants across multiple criteria established by the commissioner.
The criteria and their relative importance are configured before the round begins.
Complete Your Voting
Review every applicant assigned to you before considering your jury work complete.
Partially scoring a group of applicants can affect the overall results because your scores may count for the applicants you've reviewed while no score is recorded for applicants you skipped.
Before finishing:
- Confirm you've reviewed every applicant.
- Make sure each required score has been entered.
- Review your selections if needed.
- Complete the round according to the instructions shown in CODAworx.
Troubleshooting
I can't access the voting round.
First, confirm that you're signed into CODAworx with the exact email address that received the invitation.
If the problem continues, contact the commissioner and ask them to confirm:
- You've been added to the Jury Pool
- You've been assigned to the specific active round
- They used the correct email address
Being added to the overall Jury Pool does not automatically give you access to every round.
I clicked "Skip for Now."
You can return to the voting link later. CODAworx should prompt you again when you reopen the jury experience.
I haven't received an invitation email.
Check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can't find it, contact the commissioner. They can resend the voting information or share the voting link directly.
I'm not sure how I should score an applicant.
The commissioner determines the evaluation criteria for the call. Contact the call administrator if you need clarification about how a criterion should be interpreted.
