How to Publish and Edit Projects on CODAworx
Projects are the main way that creative professionals promote their work. High-quality project pages increase your visibility to art commissioners and allow you to quickly attach your past work to application forms.

How to Publish a Project
Before you begin, gather your project photography, physical dimensions, location details, and budget numbers. Then, follow these steps:

Log into your CODAworx account, and locate the “Upload Project” button in the upper right-hand corner, near your profile icon. You can save your progress at any point during these steps using the “Save and Exit” button.

Fill out the Overview Details: Complete all fields related to your project. All required required fields are marked with an * asterisk.

Project Gallery: Click “Add Image” to to include featured images, additional images, and videos to your project. Ensure that a blue checkmark appears next to the works of art you want to appear in association with this project.

Images will begin to populate in the box under “Add Image” as you upload them.

Project Type: Select between the following:

Permanent Project: Showcased in one location

Temporary Project: Examples would be traveling exhibits, festivals, etc.

Project Location: Fill in details for project completion date, address, country, state, and city of the artwork

Note: If the project is still in progress, you can select days in the future

Team (Optional): Include team members and contributors to your project

Categorize and Tag: Includes Type of Artwork, Building/Setting Type, Purpose, and Theme dropdown menus. Do your best here to categorize with the available dropdown menus.

How to Edit a Project
To change a published project, you must temporarily convert it back into a draft. While in draft mode, the project is hidden from the public.
- Log in to CODAworx, and then navigate to your profile icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Click on “My Profile,” and you’ll see the directory of all your projects on your profile
- Locate the project you wish to edit, and click on the pencil icon
- Click “Move to Editable Draft,” Click on the pencil icon related to the same project again, and edit the project. Once you’re done, you can re-publish the project.
Ensure that you re-publish your project when you have finished editing.
FAQs
Can artists edit a project as it's being reviewed by a jury?
Artists cannot edit projects after they have submitted their application. Ensure that the contents of your application are completely up to date when submitting
