      What’s New with the Launch of the New CODAworx Platform on 9/16/24

      We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new CODAworx platform, designed to connect all members of the public art ecosystem and foster more commissions.

      Enhanced Features

      Discover new tools and functionalities tailored to streamline the art commission process:

      • InMail Messaging Tool: Securely communicate with anyone in the community, and receive email notifications when someone wants to connect.
      • Updated Profile: Add your photo, showcase all your projects, and include information about you or your business, such as your URL and social links. Create a custom URL to share your profile online.
      • Apply Faster to Open Calls: Upgraded members can easily link projects to applications, save data for future submissions, and simplify the process of applying to calls.

      Commissioner Tools

      • Post Open Calls for Free: Receive applicants directly on CODAworx and manage them using the Basic Toolkit.
      • Enhanced Toolkit for Upgraded Members: Manage open calls with custom scoring criteria, and add a jury or committee to review applicants.
      • Analytics: Track who’s viewing your profile, page, and projects.

      Our new navigation system makes it easier than ever to apply for calls, showcase your work, and connect with peers around the world.

      Optimized Platform

      We’ve upgraded our technology for a more secure and seamless browsing experience, especially on mobile devices.

      Features Still in Development

      • Design Boards: Don’t worry—your data is safe! We’re working on redesigning this feature to better meet your needs.
      • Location Data for Projects and Searches: We’ve added the ability to input location data, which will support future enhancements such as location-based searches and mapping.
      • Company Pages: This exciting new feature is in its early stages. Soon, companies will be able to add projects, collaborate with team members, and showcase their employees. [Learn more about Company Pages here].
